# { "Depends": "py-genlayer:5jycge4q8k23462jtb0b9fyey1s9qz928sz2nbrd9mg4sxqg2qng" } # ApexRisk -- an autonomous on-chain DeFi risk matrix engine on GenLayer. # # ApexRisk continuously re-underwrites lending markets. For each listed asset # (ETH, BTC, SOL, ...) the governor registers a PUBLIC market-telemetry page # (orderbook depth, realised volatility, perp funding) and optionally a second, # independent page. On demand, the contract: # # 1. Scrapes the telemetry inside a non-deterministic block using the GenVM # browser primitive (gl.nondet.web.render(mode="text")). If the primary # source is down the secondary is the fallback; if both answer, the # committee sees both. # 2. Sanitises every scraped byte (role markers, fences, control tags) and # convenes a multi-validator LLM "risk committee" (gl.nondet.exec_prompt) # that proposes a posture (LTV, liquidation threshold, borrow rate). # 3. Reaches consensus with a CUSTOM validator function (gl.vm.run_nondet). # Validators re-run the pipeline and compare the postures AFTER both have # been passed through the on-chain clamps, so two wildly out-of-range # answers that clamp to the same value agree. Only numbers gate consensus. # 4. Applies the safety envelope and a VELOCITY LIMIT to whatever consensus # returns -- the committee only ever advises; deterministic code decides: # * LTV clamped to [2000, 8500] bps; liquidation threshold forced to sit # at least 300 bps above the LTV (and at most 9800); rate [100, 2500]. # * Each evaluation may move the committed posture only a bounded step # toward the committee target (asymmetric for LTV: fast to tighten, # slow to loosen), so a poisoned or panicked reading cannot flash- # liquidate borrowers in one transaction. # * A per-market cooldown limits how often that step can be taken. # * Risk tier DERIVED from the committed LTV (>=7500 LOW, >=5500 # MODERATE, >=3500 HIGH, else CRITICAL); the committee never sets it. # 5. Commits the posture and appends a record to the per-market history chain. # # Consequences: an LLM (or a scraped page) can never push a market past an # unsafe posture, nor move it faster than the velocity limit, because the clamps # and steps run after and outside consensus. A tripped circuit breaker freezes # evaluation entirely.
